Sales terms:
Driver included. Driver's salary is included; a tip is customary but not obligatory. Gasoline included. Insurance is unlimited for persons carried. Baggage: 80 kg. per car. Value added tax included is 20%. The time is counted from the place & time reserved by the client until final destination. Mileage is counted from Paris or from our garage, whichever is closest. Payment by credit card or cash, no checks, is required at the start of the rental or the driver will not continue. Credit cards accepted: Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, American Express. Any extra time or mileage will be added to the initial quote. Any hour started is due. All extra charges, such as highway tolls, are not included and will be paid by the client. We are not responsible for items forgotten or lost during the rental. No animals are accepted in our cars, except in a container furnished by the client. The decoration included in our wedding package remains our property; the client can not take it. Any damage inflicted on the car by the client, for example by opening the doors at the wrong time, will be invoiced; please let our driver open your door. Our driver must respect the laws; the client can not require the driver to drive faster than the speed limit or to commit forbidden maneuvers. AAmerican Limousines reserves the right to stop the rental without reimbursement if the driver sees that the client is infringing the law, for example, using illegal drugs, or endangers the safety of the vehicle and/or driver, or becomes insulting.
